Winter is not the time to be outward focused, but rather to focus more on our inner landscape, to be less extroverted and action oriented in our behaviors. Instead, we are called to turn inwards for deep rest, stillness and renewal. If we skip this, we deny an experience and deeper understanding of our own essential Nature.
