Chanting Sacred Mantras

Chanting is an ancient form of prayer, meditation and devotion

Chanting:Kirtan.JPG

Chanting calms the mind and opens the heart. Repetition of the names of the Sacred is a form of meditation and is a devotional, contemplative practice found in all spiritual traditions.

As a form of meditation, it leads us back toward the greater Self, the Divinity within.

Chanting can help us to let go into Presence, relaxing into the deep well of inner silence,

and rest in the resonant Sacred Source deep within the heart.

Sarasvati Mantra

Om Aim Saraswati Devyai Namaha

We can call on the grace, the presence of the Sacred Feminine, inviting awakened creativity and healing wisdom into our lives, our communities, and most importantly into our hearts.

Soma Mantra

Soma is the nurturing, cooling and nourishing vibrational power of Nature. It emanates from the moon and is the building block of health and immunity, or Ojas as we say in Ayurveda.
It is the watery feminine energy.  In Ayurveda and yoga, Soma is the nectar of life which rejuvenates and restores your body and mind to create a feeling of fullness.
Soma gives you more vitality vigor and strength and nourishes your mind and body.
It can be enhanced and built by the energy or Prana you take in through the body and mind and can be experienced in meditation as bliss and joy.

Soma is produced through deep meditative and yogic practices and provides a deep physical rejuvenation and experience of higher states of consciousness and our natural state of Being.
